5.12 (five-twelve) Solutions Consulting Group and Coachmetrix

5.12 (five-twelve) Solutions Consulting Group was founded by avid rock climber and leadership thought-leader Sal Silvester more than 15 years ago in Boulder, Colorado. Working with other leadership development professionals and executive coaches, Sal created longer-term team and leadership training techniques and executive coaching programs that ensure positive and profitable growth. Everything DiSC® is a crucial part of our approach.

The 5.12 Solutions team is comprised of executives coaches and thought leaders who are published authors and sought-after leadership development and business training speakers. They are experts on leadership transformation, team development and management training across organizations and throughout careers. For every engagement, a custom leadership development team is deployed that knows how to support clients on their journey to leadership and team excellence.

Coachmetrix allows you to prove exactly how well a leadership development program is working, whether you’re running the program or managing leaders.

Developed and iteratively tested by the founder of 5.12 Solutions, Coachmetrix is a mobile, cloud-based platform that tracks behavioral changes related to leadership and coaching goals. Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
