Using leadership team retreats, executive & team coaching, and the proprietary five-point performance optimization system, the company helps organizations of all sizes create improved bottom-line results with less struggle and stress.

President and Founder, Julie Chance's extensive background encompasses positions in strategy, operations, and marketing, including nearly two decades spent in leadership positions in the healthcare industry. This experience, combined with an acute understanding of human behavior, uniquely positions Julie to support leaders in building high-performing teams.

  • Bridging The Chasm From Idea To Implementation Using The Work Of Leaders Framework

    Work of Leaders explores the actions necessary for an organization develop a Vision, achieve Alignment and Execute on a plan of action, as well as 18 behaviors that represent leadership best practices. Using The Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders assessment, leaders gain an understanding of their own leadership behaviors and how these behaviors impact effectiveness. It’s an opportunity for leaders at all levels to learn by reflecting on how they approach each step of their work. Work of Leaders encourages reflection and discussion about the team and the organization.

    Outcomes: As a result of the program participants will:
    • Understand the process for creating a Vision, Achieving alignment and Executing on a plan of action,
    • Explore 18 leadership best practices,

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)
