With a University of Chicago MBA, and with hands-on experience in para church, small business, non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies, Jan brings expertise that is grounded in real-world situations. She is a frequent speaker at numerous associations and conferences and church functions.

Her training and teambuilding sessions incorporate a wide variety of popular assessment instruments, including The Birkman. In addition, she has been an Everything DISC authorized partner since 2000 and is a certified Everything DiSC Workplace facilitator®. She also is an accredited facilitator of the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®.

Jan is a published author in a number of publications and is a featured author in the books, Real World Career Development Strategies That Work and Chicken Soup for the Christian Soul II. She has been an active member of the National Speakers Association for close to twenty years and served as the president of the Northwest Chapter of the National Speakers Association.

She has earned her certified speaking professional (CSP) designation, the highest earned designation from the National Speakers Association for proven effectiveness in public speaking and client satisfaction. Jan is in the process of earning the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation with the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
