    In a one-two day workshop, using the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®, your group will learn to embrace the skills and attributes of a unified and effective team. You will learn to increase trust with one another, successfully debate with each other, commit to decisions even when you don’t agree, hold one another accountable for those commitments and reap the benefits of achievement.

  • SMART Communication: Connect, Collaborate and Create

    Communication is an essential leadership skill and necessary for driving productivity and team cohesiveness. We focus on maximizing individual and team effectiveness using the latest communication tools and techniques. 

    Participants will gain an understanding of their natural communication tendencies and inclinations. We focus on the core elements of communication and use the Everything DiSC Workplace® profile as an effective tool for understanding and practicing skills that enable leaders and individuals to interact successfully with others whose priorities and tendencies may differ from our own.

    We make use of DiSC® Comparison Reports to help individuals learn to understand the uniqueness of others they work with, which at times may be challenging, and together develop a plan of action to increase effective workplace communication.

    During the workshop we develop strong communication skills that connect, inform, influence and inspire others.

  • Performance Coaching: Unleashing Employee Potential

    In today’s multifaceted workforce, it is essential for leaders to have effective coaching skills to positively affect employee and team performance and behavioral excellence. Effective coaching skills are the most effective method of creating and sustaining high-performance, and achieving exceptional results and a strong, fulfilling culture. The ultimate goal is to maximize employee talents, by unleashing their full potential to build their talents to desired strengths.

    We make use of the Everything DiSC ® Management report to support leaders in understanding their natural tendencies when it comes to directing and delegating, creating a motivating environment, and developing others.

    Your career is your business, and you are the CEO. Only you can make and implement the decisions that will take your leadership career and credibility to new heights. One must ask: Do I have clarity of vision for my organization...You, Inc.? What is my strategy for accomplishing that vision? What are my opportunities for growth? What are my personal core values that I live and operate by? How can I be more valuable to my team and customers? When one thinks about his/her career in terms of a business, s/he tends to think about his/her career more proactively and strategically. What are my natural tendencies when I communicate and interact with others? Am I being effective?
     
    Participants will use the Everything DiSC® Workplace or Work of Leaders profile and engage in bringing awareness to who you are and what you stand for, and developing a personal leadership brand, vision, and strategy.

  • The SMART OrgTM: Building Business Traction

    The SMART Organization is Strategic, Motivating, Accountable, Risk-ableTM and Teachable. It is one that drives team health, creates clarity around the company vision and strategy, aligns people, systems and processes, and provides the direction, support, and resources to ensure people can successfully perform.

    During this ~18-month program we work with your organization or key departments through four iterative disciplines that support organizational excellence. It includes the use of The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® Assessment and Everything DiSC® Workplace Profile. During the first five months we work through Drive Team Heath, Clarify Vision and Strategy, Align Organizational/Team Readiness and Enable People to Action. Once this is complete, we spend the next year conducting three Quarterly Calibration sessions and an Annual Planning session designed to create a cadence of momentum on the four disciplines.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

This intensive in-person course provides group learning and collaborative activities to guide you in exploring all the Everything DiSC Profiles including Workplace, Management, Sales, Work of Leaders, and the Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders.
