DEC Strategic Mentoring Program with DiSC
The DEC Strategic Mentoring program pairs Executives with high profile and/or strong diversity candidates that the company wants to grow quickly. The 9-month program starts with a proprietary matching system with a 96% success rate to be sure the pairs are the best fit for learning and development. Included in the program are workshops on Everything DiSC Workplace and others as well as Emotional Intelligence, Critical Feedback and Conflict Management. DEC oversees the mentoring and adds coaching of the pairs to ensure they are following the DEC guidelines for success.
