Should you decide you want to proceed, we'll work together to communicate with team members and set up a session for presenting Everything DISC Productive Conflict.
On the big day, we'll introduce your team to DISC, discuss conflict and lay out the guiding principles of DiSC Productive Conflict. Attendees will develop a deeper understanding of their own DiSC style, especially in conflict situations, and learn how automatic responses and triggers influence their behavior. Finally, we'll discuss how to change those responses and improve conflict experiences.
And the process isn't over after just a day. We'll come back after an agreed-upon period of time to follow-up and talk with you again. How did things change, or not? What's next?
