I start with a rapid assessment that provides a snapshot of the team based upon best practices based upon six dimensions of performance including team culture, demand or product management, leadership, processes and methods, tools and techniques and skills and resources. The assessment will include the use of the Everything DiSC Workplace Profile.
Using the results of an assessment and an understanding of the team’s objectives, goals and requirements I work with leaders to separate the hype in the marketplace around tools, trends and methods to develop an approach that is practical and applicable for the circumstance at hand. We will focus on getting an approach that works and can be implemented in a timely fashion. We will use the best practices and new and emerging trends in the market place.
