I bring a comprehensive, high-touch approach to helping develop individuals and teams through increased awareness, active engagement and productive communication. Having worked primarily with the non-profit sector, I also recognize the need to find tailored solutions that have lasting impact without breaking the budget! As an Everything DiSC Authorized Partner, I am happy to partner with human resource professionals who prefer to facilitate sessions with their own internal learning & development staff rather than working with an outside consultant. In these cases, I can act as your silent partner to bounce ideas, talk through the different Everything DiSC tools available and be a point of contact for any questions that arise.
