Robin Eichert, Founder of PeopleSense Consulting

Robin Eichert, founder of PeopleSense Consulting, combines 30+ years of business management experience with a passion for making people successful in the workplace. She has held senior management roles in publishing, educational, high-tech, and manufacturing industries and understands the people issues that plague businesses. She holds a B.S. in Communications from Virginia Tech and a Masters of Organizational Management from University of Phoenix Online.

Since founding her consulting practice in 2001, she has worked alongside leaders in hundreds of organizations to help managers and employees build healthy workplace relationships. She has earned a Founder’s Club distinction for sales volume and prides herself in the knowledge of the sophisticated assessment tools she uses. She enjoys working alongside managers to fully understand the depth of the data, which in turn provides management success at all levels of the organization.

Robin is active in her community, serving in many capacities for several non-profit organizations, including the Monadnock Humane Society, Monadnock United Way, Peterborough Chamber of Commerce and New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility. She had been a past president of the Monadnock Rotary Club as well as past Assistant District Governor for Rotary District 7870. In addition, she has served on the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Assembly of Overseers, past Trustee of Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough, NH, and is a 2007 graduate of Leadership New Hampshire.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

Workplace Certification

Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification

In Person

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace®, this course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization by completing online pre-work and two days of practical application led by Wiley’s expert trainers. All courses are held at our Education Center in Minneapolis, MN.

In this course, learners will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
  • Explore MyEverythingDiSC®, a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to the Everything DiSC product suite

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator.
