Lawrence Hedblom has over 25 years of business management and consulting experience. His coaching is aimed at achieving top-level performance for individuals and teams tied to business strategy, high performance and accountability. Taking a strength-based approach, he coaches clients to successfully handle challenging situations for win-win outcomes. Grounded and with a personable style, he can quickly earn a client’s trust and serve as a valuable thought partner. He is especially skilled at helping clients elevate their leadership by enhancing executive presence and strengthening their communication and interpersonal skills. Prior Experience – Prior to becoming a certified coach, Lawrence had more than two decades of experience working in sales and marketing including management roles with large companies such as Time Warner, Ziff Davis, and the Economist Group to smaller, more entrepreneurial dot-com start ups. Credentials – Lawrence holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation, the governing body of coaching. He earned his Certified Professional Co-Active (CPCC) accreditation through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the world’s largest in-person coach training organization. He also completed CTI’s yearlong, intensive leadership development program and, on invitation, returned to assist that program. Personal – Lawrence graduated cum laude from Duke University with a major in public policy, concentrating in communications. He lives in Chicago with his wife, an orange cat, and a black Labrador.
