Like you, leadership expert and author Laurie Sudbrink has seen effective leadership that makes people want to step up and do more - and she has seen down-right terrible leadership that only inspires people to tell stories of the monstrous boss they have!

So what does it take to be effective? Is it power, authority, an impressive title? Or is it something else?

With over two decades of executive coaching, leadership training, speaking, and most importantly, real-life, hands-on business experience, her approach is completely different. Laurie appreciates, and shares with listeners, that leadership is not about title, power or position - we all know the old command-and-control is not cutting it. Leadership is for each and every one of us. It's how we should live our life.

Laurie’s passion for empowering people inspired her to establish Unlimited Coaching Solutions, Inc. in 1999. She is known for her ability to connect with her audience through her fusion of real-life stories and her practical approach that hit home at an intense and intimate level. Laurie is the author of Leading With GRIT, endorsed by Ken Blanchard (The One Minute Manager) and Don Miguel Ruiz (The Four Agreements).

Leading With GRIT was nominated for Leadership Book of the Year with L&MB Magazine, and featured in Forbes and Entrepreneur. Laurie partners with the United States Navy, Fortune 500s, small businesses, and all types of organizations. Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
