The goal of this DiSC® training workshop is to enable participants to understand and appreciate the differences in behavioral styles and the impact of those differences on how we approach our work and our relationships. Through an understanding of the four behavioral styles of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness, participants will learn to identify their own work priorities and preferences, as well as those of others, so they can recognize differences and build effective relationships.
DiSC Workshop for Supervisors and Managers
The goal of this DiSC® training workshop is to provide managers with the ability to recognize and understand the personal styles of the people they work with in order to bring out the best in them.
Everything DiSC 363
The workshop will use the DiSC® Model of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness to understand how individuals approach their work and relate to others, and how individual DISC® style influences how a manager leads others. Each participant will complete an online “Everything DiSC® Management Profile” prior to the workshop
Everything DiSC combines the best of a 360 instrument, the power of DiSC and three practical strategies for improving leader effectiveness. Unlike other 360's that offer unstructured and sometimes unhelpful rater comments, DiSC 363 provides raters with the option to select behaviorally specific comments designed to provide practical feedback. The result is a more effective and satisfying experience. The DiSC 363 can be used as a stand alone product or for use in conjunction with coaching.
