Hello! I'm Joanne Cumiskey of Vision Quest Leadership LLC where we're committed to advancing leadership excellence in the workplace. VQL works with individuals, teams, and organizations to address their most pressing workplace issues like communication, conflict, resistance to change, low productivity, or disengagement. Our suite of Everything DiSC® products helps leaders and team members alleviate these challenges to build strong and vibrant cultures.

Additionally, our services include consulting, design, and delivery of uniquely customized leadership development programs. We also offer micro and e-learning options, workshop facilitation, succession planning, executive coaching, and more.

  • Leadership Development Extends to Teams

    Everything DiSC® Management is initially used in ongoing leadership development programs to help leaders develop stronger, more productive interaction skills with their direct reports. Team members are then invited to participate in Everything DiSC® Workplace to reinforce the cornerstone principles being modeled by the leaders. Finally, leaders and team members are given the option to attend Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict together. With positive experiences generated in the first two workshops, conflict sessions fill quickly. A sense of trust and safety prevails while everyone expands their self-awareness and recognition of behaviors that lead to either constructive or destructive conflict. The three-prong approach with Management, Workplace, and Productive Conflict helps leaders establish a culture of respect and appreciation for all. Behavior styles are embraced for building more effective relationships and improving the quality of workplace interactions.

Help People Work Better Together as an Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner

At the heart of your organization are thousands of human interactions. These interactions make up what we know as organizational culture. However, as the world of work becomes more reliant on technology, your organization has been challenged to recreate the authentic human connection that drives engagement and performance.

As an Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner, you’ll help your organization engage and connect people on a more human level by delivering impactful DiSC experiences that help people work better together. During this two-week course that combines virtual, instructor-led sessions with self-directed online learning, you will:

  • Deepen your understanding of the DiSC model, theory, research, and key principles
  • Explore how to build custom solutions using the all-new Everything DiSC on Catalyst experience
  • Familiarize yourself with the full Everything DiSC application suite
  • Practice facilitation techniques while receiving feedback in a safe environment
  • Gain ongoing access to Wiley’s online training center, connecting you to course content, fellow Practitioners, and Wiley’s education specialists
Upon successful completion of the exam, you will earn the credential of Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner, signaling proven competence in shaping an engaged, collaborative, and high-performing culture—knowledgeable in the language of DiSC.
