ABOGE Coaching and Consulting is led by Ray Weaver. Ray is a 30-year Air Force veteran who developed extraordinary awareness and appreciation for individual leadership potential during his time in the military and continue to pursue his studies in this area after. As an executive coach, Ray helps his clients define, refine, and hone their skills to meet challenges in their professional and personal lives. He offers no gimmicks. He will be blunt, upfront, and open. It will take work; but the deeper in the work clients are willing to go, the greater leadership heights they reach. Ray excels when working with leaders who are ready to be coached, ready to take their skills and their lives to the next level, and willing to put forth the effort. While in the military, Ray provided input to the direction to 650 military and civilian staff members. With an annual budget of $10M and the responsibility of managing $54M in facilities and assets and $59M in equipment inventory, he focused on developing leaders who led by example. He instilled in them the importance of organizational structure and culture and how that impacts the building of excellent work environments, the hiring and retention of the best employees, and the overall success of the organization to meet the needs and demands of its stakeholders. Ray has coached, trained and mentored junior, mid-level, and senior leaders from a wide range of industries including technology, aviation, medicine, communications, education, and public service. Ray holds a master's degree in leadership. He is an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with accreditation and certifications in: DiSC, MBTI, Gallup Strengths, and the Leadership Circle Profile. He has amassed over 3000 hours of coaching.
