I am a native of Scotland and now a US citizen living in Houston, Texas. Before entering the world of learning and development in 1990 I had an extremely diverse personal international work history. I raised venture capital for medical equipment development, sold oil and gas drilling funds and led truck convoys from Europe to the Middle East. I was an agricultural contractor, sales person, manager and team leader. I have never had a salary! I have always been paid for producing results. My background equips me to relate to the challenges of workplace personnel from the factory floor and wellhead to the C-level suite.
