Annette Matthies is the Founder and CEO of Aspen Edge Consulting, LLC. Annette’s 25+ years of experience spans across all facets of HR management. She is passionate about her work: supporting individuals and teams through training, facilitation and leadership coaching. While working in the corporate world, Annette spent several years in key executive positions in a variety of industries including software, financial services and manufacturing. In one business, she helped them achieve the coveted Malcolm Baldrige National Quality award.

Annette has worked with small, medium and Fortune 500 companies, in a variety of industries, including the non-profit world, supporting them to develop their employees into amazing, highly engaged, inspiring leaders.

Annette describes herself as a life-long learner and continues to add new skills to her toolkit. Among those are: Leadership Challenge, Myers Briggs, 360 assessments (EQi and Social and Emotional Intelligence), FIRO B, Reddy Process, Strengths Finder 2.0, Situational Leadership® II, Leader as Coach, Introduction to Management and many more! She is also an authorized partner and certified trainer for Everything DiSC and 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.
Annette also is expert at working with organizations on analysis and strategies to create intentional cultures with high employee engagement. She has also worked with many organizations to increase their talent management effectiveness. She also specializes in working one on one with leaders to increase their emotional intelligence and get better results.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

Workplace Certification

Everything DiSC® Certification

In Person

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace®, this course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization by completing online pre-work and two days of practical application led by Wiley's expert trainers.

In this course, learners will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
  • Explore MyEverythingDiSC®, a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to the Everything DiSC product suite

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace facilitator.
