I founded Berkshire Group to make a difference. From its inception, Berkshire Group, Inc.’s primary purpose has been to equip leaders in organizations of all disciplines to meet their current goals and prepare for the future. We train leaders at every level of an organization to be effective at setting and accomplishing goals, solving strategically significant problems, running effective meetings and building and maintaining relationships internally and externally that produce positive results.

For over 20 years we have worked with a variety of organizations to bring about this reality. From NASA and the YMCA to manufacturing companies and non-profits. We are committed to professional excellence and continuous development. We are passionate about learning and leadership and apply that passion to all that we do. We find every opportunity to utilize our skills to help others both in organizations and out. We believe in patriotism and we support our servicemen who fight for the freedom that see being taken for granted. When we can apply our skills to volunteer opportunities and know it will make a difference we do. Though each of us has our own individual passions and personalities the intersection is in making a difference, developing leaders and being willing to push our own learning and self awareness and influencing others to do the same.

We have applied Everything DiSC in our own lives both personally and professionally and we KNOW it works and makes a difference. We will not and cannot promote or teach something we haven't applied ourselves and seen a positive impact.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

Workplace Certification

Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification

In Person

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace®, this course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization by completing online pre-work and two days of practical application led by Wiley’s expert trainers. All courses are held at our Education Center in Minneapolis, MN.

In this course, learners will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
  • Explore MyEverythingDiSC®, a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to the Everything DiSC product suite

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator.
