A Great Leader Helps Ordinary People Do Extraordinary Things.
We Teach Leaders How.

Do your leaders know how to develop, motivate, and inspire others to perform at their peak potential?
Do your teams synergize in a way that multiplies their joint effectiveness?
Is your staff happy, motivated, and committed to helping your company succeed?
Do your customer-facing employees have the right skills, knowledge, and attitude to represent your brand and build customer loyalty?

If your organization is like most, the answer is ‘no’.
Research shows that approximately 70% of US employees are actively disengaged at work and that disengagement costs companies more than $500 billion per year.
Most of the organizations I work with, have a valuable, innovative product or service to offer their customers. They’ve invested time and resources into developing the systems and processes needed to support their organization’s success. And they’ve hired the best, brightest, and most qualified employees to help them carry out their organizational mission.
Yet, when they look around, it is clear that their staff, and therefore, their companies, are only operating at a fraction of their ability.
How can this be so?
Unfortunately, the above scenario happens more frequently than you can imagine, and in my experience, the reason for it is this…
Despite the fact that organizational leaders and managers may be highly qualified experts in their fields, many of them lack the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively engage employees, develop high-functioning teams, and channel the collective efforts of many into the achievement of your most important organizational goals.
And the results of this can be devastating.
As employee engagement and performance goes down…
• Absenteeism and turnover increase
• Quality and productivity suffer
• Customers become dissatisfied
• Ultimately, revenue declines.

But the good news is, these crucial skills CAN be developed and BHR Training can help.
I’m Bonnie Reiner and I’ve spent 2 decades helping teams and organizations achieve the kind of results they are truly capable of.
Chances are, your organization has all the right products, processes, and employees. All you need is to learn to tap the power and potential that is lying latent within the people who make up your organization.
I work with companies large and small to help them build stronger leaders and more cohesive teams; thereby creating happier, heal

Testimonials for BHR Training, Inc.

  • “Bonnie, unlike many consultants we’ve previously had, understood the culture of our organization and made small suggestions that went a long way. • Everything DiSC 363® for Leaders

For many leaders, 360s can be a frustrating experience. At best, open-ended comments can be unfocused and unhelpful. At worst, they can be a way to anonymously take a jab at a colleague. Ultimately, they can potentially derail the learning process. We believe that 360 feedback and performance reports can be a positive and effective leadership tool when employed using tools that promote self-awareness and provide leaders with constructive, actionable, feedback.
