I am very proud and fortunate to be representing arguably the greatest organizational tools available to help organizations of any size and nature become more robust, lively and thriving through employee development.

Many people in the field of organizational learning and development have formal training in the field or a background in communications, education, psychology, etc. whereas, mine is from engaging people directly as a business owner, sales director, consultant, technician and salesperson. Not to diminish the credentials of my very capable colleagues but, the difference is that in absolutely every aspect of my professional background I was fully accountable for tangible results. With a background in DiSC® that goes back to 1983 and with the overall appreciation of the complex strategic, financial, technical and people issues that any organization must deal with successfully day-in and day-out to remain viable; I focus all my energies on delivering the same level of results for my clients that I have expected of myself for 30+ years.

Hands-on experience across a broad range of consulting, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, retail, engineering and creative industries have all made incredible and varied contributions to my knowledge and, empathy for everyone who struggles with being better and happier at what they do.

The bulk of my efforts go into guiding my clients to self-deliver results using Everything DiSC®, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® and Wiley’s outstanding selection/succession planning program, PXT Select. This approach is because I believe those within the organization should have a high level of involvement with these programs to insure effective continuance long after the introductory session to yield the best results and to embed the principles firmly in their culture.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)
