Perry Anne specializes in building organizational capability by developing people toward business results. Her experience over the past two decades spans Fortune 500 companies such as Delta Air Lines and Newell Rubbermaid, to mid-size companies, local non-profits, and ministries.

Her corporate career began in training and instructional design and progressed to leading learning and development organizations. As an independent consultant her work has included competency modeling, assessing talent for senior leadership placement, executive coaching, and facilitating strategic and action planning sessions.

Perry Anne earned a B.A. in Journalism from the University of South Carolina and an M.Ed. in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of Georgia. She completed intensive training through the College of Executive Coaching, and is an advanced certified Hogan Assessment consultant. She is also an authorized partner for both the DiSC and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team programs.

Perry Anne was a presenter at the American Society for Training and Development’s 2001 national conference, and at the 2015 and 2016 Georgia State University Leadership Conclave. She is an active member of the Georgia chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and SHRM Atlanta.

Perry Anne lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, David, and their three children. They spend as much time as possible exploring the mountains of Georgia and Tennessee.

  • Launch! Manager Development Cohort

    We are pleased to provide Launch!, an innovative management development cohort.

    Learners begin their three month journey by completing the Everything DiSC® Management assessment online. They then meet as a cohort for six half-day sessions every other week. Sessions are highly interactive and include personal action planning. Learners also benefit from three private coaching sessions during the course.

    Learners have access to a mobile friendly, interactive learning portal, MyEverything DiSC.com. The portal incorporates DiSC knowledge into daily interactions by offering strategies for communicating with specific team members.

    Launch! is offered at Roam locations around Atlanta, or can be provided at the client organization’s site. On site courses may be customized to client preferences.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

Workplace Certification

Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification

In Person

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace®, this course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization by completing online pre-work and two days of practical application led by Wiley’s expert trainers. All courses are held at our Education Center in Minneapolis, MN.

In this course, learners will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
  • Explore MyEverythingDiSC®, a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to the Everything DiSC product suite

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator.
