Liz Hafer kicked off her career as a successful sales executive for Digital Equipment Corporation. Inspired by the importance of communications and teamwork in long-term relationship selling experiences, she founded Corporate Teams. For over twenty years, Liz has built Corporate Teams into a nationally recognized provider of teambuilding and leadership development services.

The cornerstone of all Corporate Teams training experiences stands on the foundation of Communication, Collaboration and Connection. In today’s fast-paced workplace, it is important for team members to ‘disconnect’ to ‘connect’. Increasing personal awareness and developing Mindful Teamwork practices provides the opportunity for increasing team engagement and driving team results. The concept of Leadershifting leverages the power of a team and leadership influence.

Corporate Teams recognizes that training is not about sitting in a room absorbing information. For true behavioral shifts to occur in high performance teams, it is critical to engage team members in hands-on challenges that put principles into action. When teams are expected to perform under the pressure of time, real behaviors surface. This is the critical moment when light bulbs are ignited and team members become aware of how their communication style may help or hinder the team. Only then does true development begin.
