Diane's vision is a world filled with workplaces to which people bring their talents, their creativity, and their passion. By doing so, they make significant contributions to their organizations and experience deep professional satisfaction. Organizations and teams thrive when the individual members are bringing their best, aligned toward shared goals.

With a background in technology and data analysis, Diane weaves together DiSC® assessment data with intuition and creativity to help her clients gain perspective and make productive changes. She tailors workshops and coaching to the unique needs of the individuals and teams she serves.

She incorporates DiSC® into leadership development, organization development, team facilitation, executive and career coaching. It is a powerful and flexible tool to provide remarkable insight support workplace effectiveness.

She holds an MA in Organizational Systems from Saybrook University and a MS in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Washington. A life-long learner, her practice is informed by current research in brain science, emotional intelligence, and applied improvisational arts.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention

Everything DiSC® Certification

In Person

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace®, this course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization by completing online pre-work and two days of practical application led by Wiley's expert trainers.

In this course, learners will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
  • Explore MyEverythingDiSC®, a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to the Everything DiSC product suite

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace facilitator.
