  • Succession Planning

    All solutions are tailored to the client and their corporate environment taking into account their corporate work culture. Tools such as 363 for Leaders are used to ensure continued development and success of the Leader and their team.

    All programmes are tailored to your company's needs.

    Solutions can include Everything DiSC Profile, workshops and 1-to-1 coaching. These solutions are practical in nature while being highly sensitive and supportive to participants who may be experiencing a range of emotions as a result of their redundancy.

  • Team Building & Development

    Creating an environment focusing on specific skill-sets such as communication, trust, creativity, leadership, confidence building and problem solving.

    Team building programs enable participants to partake in tasks and activities that are designed to simulate challenges and obstacles that are faced by teams in the workplace. The objective for each activity is to lead team members towards insight into the teams challenges through self discover and fun.

    When challenges are discovered and addressed in a safe environment, team members become more open and resourceful to exploring solutions. The activities enable participants to identify and recognise character traits and skills sets that aren’t always visible in the day to day running of the company. After each team building session, debriefs take place allowing all participants to share their learned experiences, personal breakthroughs and insights. These solutions can then later be applied

  • Strategic Planning

    To support the strategic development plan and create an atmosphere for open communication and encourage stronger team dynamics. The three major keys to successful strategic planning and implementation are commitment, credibility, and communication.

    Communication - creating and encouraging an atmosphere where goals and objectives can be discussed.
    Garner commitment by the SLT to adherence to the full and thorough process of strategic planning, including implementing of the strategies devised and recommended. "To commit to plan, is to commit to change."
    Building a space to ensure useful feedback is given, in order to develop a plan that is part of a cooperative and participatory process. All input is valued, ideally, everyone should feel a sense of ownership over the final plan. Individual commitment will facilitate the implementation process.

  • Change Management

    For change to be successful, people have to change the way that they think and work. Creating an environment where change and movement of staff is seen as a positive, it is essential to explain the need for change, getting staff buy-in, training and giving them the necessary support.

    Areas of focus include:

    • Developing and maintaining good employer/ employee relationship.
    • Promoting and encouraging the value and benefits of communication, cooperation and teamwork among all staff.
    • Providing an opportunity for staff to develop and recognise their potential.

  • Classroom Management

    Tailoring strategies to enable teachers and students to achieve the most out of their time in school. Working 1-to-1 with students that are struggling and creating plans with teachers to implement long term strategies.

    As with all Dragonfly Pathways programmes, these are tailored to the individuals needs.

    Coaching is offered to all individuals (including young people 10+)

    Coaching can be used in conjunction with ALL Everything DiSC & Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team tools.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

This intensive in-person course provides group learning and collaborative activities to guide you in exploring all the Everything DiSC Profiles including Workplace, Management, Sales, Work of Leaders, and the Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders.
