  • Everything DiSC® Workplace

    Everything DiSC® is a personality assessment tool that measures preferences and tendencies that shape the workplace experience. The personalized report explains the differences and similarities among all four DiSC® styles. It also identifies key strategies for making more meaningful connections with colleagues of various styles and working more effectively to reduce tension, solve problems, and contribute positively to their organization. The more individuals know about their own needs, motivators, stressors, and strengths—and those of others—the better able they are to adapt their behaviors in ways that build more effective relationships and contribute to building better workplaces. I have cerated workshops from 2-8 hours in length, with pre and post-workshop activities to ensure deep understanding and application.

  • Five Behavior of a Cohesive Team™

    This facilitated team building process can be transformative for teams that are ready to reduce politics and confusion and increase alignment and results. I have guided several teams through the process and each time they have reported a significant increase in the quality of their interactions and outcomes.   • The Leadership Challenge®

    This powerful and engaging leadership workshop is based on over 30 years of research by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, two of the most highly respected thought leaders in the world. Their focus has been on uncovering what real, every day leaders do to drive exemplary performance and results. Research by the authors and hundreds of other independent researchers have demonstrated that leaders who adopt the behaviors outlined increase levels of employee engagement and customer satisfaction. The workshop includes the Leadership Practices Inventory®, one of the most widely used leadership 360-degree assessments in the world. Participants get the feedback during the workshop and learn how to put the insights to work during two days of intense learning and discovery. A follow up 1x1 confidential coaching session can be leveraged to help ensure the training investment gets translated back to the workplace. I am one of about 50 "Certified Masters" of this program world wide.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

Everything DiSC® Certification

In Person

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace®, this course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization by completing online pre-work and two days of practical application led by Wiley's expert trainers.

In this course, learners will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
  • Explore MyEverythingDiSC®, a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to the Everything DiSC product suite

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace facilitator.
