Eric Thompson, MBA, SPRH, SHRM-SCP, CPC DynaCoaching, LLC Eric Thompson is passionate about working with organizations to achieve their desired goals. Eric works with clients across many industries and sectors, including non-profits, to identify and eliminate barriers to productive teamwork. He has over 20 years of experience in the corporate sector with experience at local, regional and national levels, as well as nonprofit leadership prior his transition to consulting. His experience includes working with teams creating leadership development programs, teams at large corporate brands solving employee retention problems, as well as working local non-profit organizations to develop new leaders. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master's of Business Administration from Texas A&M-Commerce.
