Samantha Dye, MA, PCC - Everything DiSC® trainer & Everything DiSC® certified facilitator

Founder of Dynamic Consulting, Samantha specializes in helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. By combining a coaching approach with organizational development methods, Samantha simultaneously addresses the needs of the individual, the cohesiveness of the team, and the health of the organization. Samantha’s work is client-tailored and she invites clients to co-create processes that achieve specific objectives and sustainable change.

Samantha holds the highly-sought credential of a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is the second coach in Alaska to attain this credential. Samantha has an MA in Organizational Management & Development and a certificate in evidence-based coaching from Fielding Graduate University.

Samantha is an accredited facilitator of WILEY's The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ process and the EverythingDiSC® trainings, both of which help develop effective leaders and build healthier teams and companies. Samantha is licensed by WILEY to deliver the 2-day EverythingDiSC® Workplace certification course to clients.

Samantha serves as a coaching supervisor for the Professional Life Coaching Certification program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as an international partner coach for the Center for Non-Profit Coaching (CNPC).

Samantha has years of experience in diverse organizational situations, including six years in South Africa with a grassroots movement focused on developing leaders. Prior to founding Dynamic Consulting, Samantha worked in international development, where she managed and trained staff for a USAID project in Afghanistan. Samantha is skilled in coaching for leadership and transformation, developing cohesive teams, facilitating small groups to large community stakeholders, increasing personal and interpersonal awareness, and creating space for individuals and groups to become more effective within their environments.

Samantha loves working with the EverythingDiSC® tools because they offer a variety of ways for individuals to increase personal & interpersonal awareness. From this place of increased awareness, there is unlimited potential for growth of individuals and teams into leaders within the workplace - and shifts toward a greater potential to happen! EverythingDiSC provides a tool that gives employees a common language and starts the dialogue to deeper awareness and productivity.

    Everything DiSC Workplace® is a foundational tool that can be used with everyone in an organization, regardless of title or role, to build more effective relationships, and improve the quality of the workplace.     Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® lays out a clear path for helping leaders at all levels in your company or organization make the connection between their DiSC® style and leadership. Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® is a facilitated process that offers one unified model of leadership—vision, alignment, and execution. Leadership, in this process, is understood as a one-to-many relationship (as opposed to the one-to-one relationship explored in Everything DiSC® Management).

    All DiSC® styles can be leaders within an organization and Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® helps individuals understand their own leadership styles and how their preferences and tendencies influence their effectiveness in specific leadership situations.

    Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict helps participants improve self-awareness around conflict behaviors. Rather than focus on a step-by-step process for conflict resolution, Everything DiSC Productive Conflict provides participants with techniques to curb destructive behaviors and effectively respond to conflict situations.

    The program features an exploration of DiSC® in a conflict context, provides an opportunity for participants to explore their destructive conflict responses, and offers them a method for making more productive choices in their response to conflict.

    Key take-aways for participants include being able to:

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops.
