Edgeline has more than 20 years of hands on, practical experience in shaping workplace environments into an effective culture that minimizes conflict and maximizes results. 
Learning should be both interactive and fun! Edgeline uses both of these principles in structuring all of its workshops to make learning and change both easy-to-learn and easy-to-use.  With 100% group participation, you'll see meaningful results quickly.
The Edgeline program works primarily from the experiential learning perspective in teaching a variety of skills.  An Edgeline workshop focuses on giving the participants the minimum amount of information necessary to get a concept across.  The participants are then given opportunities to practice the skills in a learning laboratory setting, where the completion of tasks is not paramount to the learning process.

Our Solutions

  • Team Effectiveness Training

    A dynamic training concept through which the participants learn about the natural behavioral tendencies they have and how those behaviors impact their ability to function in and as a team.  This training utilizes the EverythingDiSC® application library. Participants will learn how to recognize and capitalize on contrasting behavioral styles, while coming to understand their own value to the team.  They will develop communication strategies and learn how to influence others in a positive way.

  • Management Assessment and Training

    This innovative tool combines the essence of the Everything DiSC Management® profile with principles of management. Participants will gain an understanding of their own management style, how to direct and delegate, impact motivation, develop others, and learn how to be more effective with their own manager. Experiential exercises will concretize the assessment.

  • Discovering Leadership

    Discovering Leadership is a dynamic training module through which the participants construct the basic building blocks of leadership knowledge, skill, and value by digging in to the Everything DiSC® 8 Dimensions of Leadership® book and map.

    Participants will learn how to search out challenging opportunities to change, grow, innovate and improve; to experiment, take risks, and learn from the accompanying mistakes; and how to foster collaboration by promoting cooperative goals and building trust. Utilizing adult learning principles, participants use their results from the assessment, and information from the book to teach and learn from each other.

  • Sales Assessment and Training

    This tool combines the essence of the Everything DiSC Sales® profile with the necessary traits for selling. It helps the participant to understand their own style, their selling priorities, challenges and how to adapt their style to sell to individuals of any style. Participants will walk away with a specific sales plan for at least one new client.

  • Coaching

    Utilizing the Everything DiSC Leadership 363® assessment along with information from interviews and group interactions, individuals are coached to the next level in leadership and performance. This process is helpful for the struggling individual and for those who aspire to more.

  • Conflict Management

    Conflict Resolution, from Edgeline Resources LLC is a powerful individual and team performance module through which the participant constructs knowledge, skill, and value as a positive catalyst in resolving conflict through a unique integration of direct experience and relevant content. Through insight gained from their Everything DiSC® profile, participants will learn how to recognize the different approaches to conflict and how to choose a healthy set of behaviors.

  • Great Beginnings Lead to Great Results

  • New Team Formation

    Edgeline’s original training helps to build a strong team from a collection of diverse individuals.  This training is designed for the newly formed team, where strengths are unknown and a process of working together has not been developed.  Participants will learn how to recognize their strengths and use them to create a powerful team.

  • Teambuilding

    Along with New Team Formation, Teambuilding has been core to our training offerings.  This training is designed for existing teams, where a new sense of direction is needed, or the group of workers needs new energy for the tasks at hand. Participants will learn how to rediscover their strengths and use them effectively.
    Benefits include enhanced success of individuals and teams because they rediscover their strengths and are more aware of potential growth areas of the group. This can be combined with several of the Everything DiSC® tools.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

Workplace Certification

Everything DiSC® Certification

In Person

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace®, this course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization by completing online pre-work and two days of practical application led by Wiley's expert trainers.

In this course, learners will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
  • Explore MyEverythingDiSC®, a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to the Everything DiSC product suite

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace facilitator.
