Our clients come to us at points when they, their teams, or their organizations are in pain. Things aren't working as they should. You're not sure what to do or why things that used to work don't work anymore. They are experiencing painfully rapid growth, or painfully frustrating failures. We help them improve, sometimes slowly, sometimes quickly. Why do we exist? We are driven by a belief that that bad jobs and toxic cultures kill us slowly. To solve for that problem, we work tirelessly to create great places to work. Employers and employees can both win. Who are we? What do we do? It is from that belief that we created this boutique management-consulting firm, creating great places to work for our clients since 2006. Our culture is fast-paced, entrepreneurial and not for everyone. We create great workplaces by focusing on improving the culture of the organization. We use simple processes and proven methodologies to engage people and as a result, their organizations operate more effectively. Our services take the shape of Team Retreats, Culture Assessments and Leadership Development Training. How do we work? We have three main values we hold ourselves to when working as a team and with our clients: Be Responsive, Results-focused, and Fun. These are better experienced than explained, but just one conversation with us and you will know what we mean. While we have a lot of experience, we never think we know better than our clients. Responsive: We respond to you. We think about your business, not just ours. We try to think about your business as much as you do. We anticipate client needs before they do. Results-Focused: We get clear about what our clients need and stay hyper-focused on delivering their results and doing so quickly. Fun: We find joy in everything we do with out clients, and we try to help them find joy as well. We try not to take ourselves too seriously. We try to keep our work light, while helping our clients through serious conversations.
