Michael Neuendorff

Michael Neuendorff has been working with business owners, midsize business executives, salespeople, and independent professionals since 2008. His passion is serving others to aid in their professional development. Here’s some more about him.

Michael works with companies large and small as a coach, trainer, and speaker. Whether it's speaking to an audience at a conference, coaching a sales team to exceed their goals, or working with an executive 1on1 to improve their communication and mobilize their team, Michael is 100% energized and equipped to guide others to success.

He believes firmly in learning and growing each and every year he's in business. This helps Michael to stay current and provide real value to his clients. His clients demand a versatile coach and he delivers. He is also adjunct faculty in the Business Division of Skyline College in San Bruno, CA. You could say he stays busy.

Michael has 25+ years of sales and marketing experience; extensive team building and leadership experience; teaching, training and mentoring experience and a proven ability to think creatively and listen deeply. In addition to his diverse experience and talents Michael is a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, a graduate of the Center for Executive Coaching, and a certified Corporate Speaker by virtue of completing the Bill Gove Speech Workshop.

Michael has an Advertising degree from Arizona State University and has completed post-graduate coursework through Heriot-Watt University of Edinburgh, Scotland. Additionally, Michael was a top graduate of Dale Carnegie’s signature course: Effective Communication & Human Relations.

  • Sales Training wtih DiSC

  • Leadership Development Training with Work of Leaders

    Your leaders can develop and strengthen their ability to:

    - Cast a Vision
    - Create Alignment
    - Foster Execution

    These are critical skills for leaders and the DiSC Work of Leaders training will help participants to understand where they land on sub-skills that enable these core capabilities.

    The training starts with an overview of DiSC and each participant's personality profile. It then moves in to the Work of Leaders portion of the profile to show participants how they rate on Best Practices continua in relation to the key capabilities of Vision, Alignment and Execution.

    There are numerous group exercises and videos to round out the in-person learning experience.

  • Management Training with DiSC

    Your managers can improve with the use of the DiSC Management profile. By taking this training class managers will learn more about their inherent management style. Next they'll look at how their style might affect their teams in areas such as Directing and Delegating, Motivating, and Team Development.

    Participants will also gain a sense of what they can do to improve the working relationship with their own manager.

    This is an engaging program with exercises and videos to help bring the material to life. Participants will find themselves motivated to be better managers through an increased understanding of themselves and a deeper appreciation for the various personalities on their teams.

  • Team Training with DiSC

    Any intact team can learn new ways to improve their working relationships with DiSC-based team training.

    In this engaging program participants will learn about themselves and their co-workers and what makes each person unique.

    The DiSC workplace profile will explain how different personality types have different motivators and needs in a professional environment. As participants learn about the needs and desires of their co-workers, light bulbs will illuminate.

    A key takeaway is an appreciation for the value of different working styles and rather than find them conflicting they can be complementary. Studies have shown that diversity in the workplace is a positive. DiSC-based team training will support this idea in a fun and immersive way.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
