Behavior Style Preferences using the Everything DiSC
Part II - Leveraging Leadership
Leadership explores strengths and areas of opportunity of themselves and their team
Development planning, matching organizational needs to interest and ability level of team members, accounting for personality and behavior-style preferences
Goal setting regarding professional development, aligned to yearly business goals
Team building and coaching sessions are available for both large and small groups. In addition, the HCAS Team are professionally trained in using the Achieve Global modules for Needs Based Coaching, and are Authorized Partners for Wiley Everything DiSC.
