Erich Kurschat is the founder of Harmony Insights, a small business dedicated to helping companies integrate the DiSC personality assessment into their onboarding and training initiatives.

He is also the founder of the Chicago HR Mastermind (HRHotSeat.com), a monthly multi-chapter Meetup of 900+ practitioners, service providers, students, and professionals in job transition.

For more than 18 years, Erich has partnered internationally with thousands of business leaders to get the most out of themselves, their teams, and their organizations.

Erich draws from a broad range of experiences as a corporate HR professional, a public speaker, a career coach, a classical musician, and a proud introvert to inspire others toward meaningful work and productive workplace relationships.

Using the DiSC model of behavior as a foundation since 2006, Erich focuses on natural behaviors and learned adaptability to create roadmaps for the relationships and connections that matter most to us. He facilitates a process of learning that is at once deeply introspective, highly interactive, and immediately applicable.

Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

Workplace Certification

Everything DiSC® Certification

In Person

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace®, this course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization by completing online pre-work and two days of practical application led by Wiley's expert trainers.

In this course, learners will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
  • Explore MyEverythingDiSC®, a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to the Everything DiSC product suite

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace facilitator.
