Our purpose is to support your team of in-house trainers and organization development consultants with access to the leading DiSC®-based resources available today for individual, team and leadership development. We provide your in-house learning and development team members with access to certification training, and ongoing one-on-one support to allow them to effectively and professionally integrate the DiSC®-based assessment and training resources into your learning and development designs.

  • The Family of Everything DiSC® Profiles Developed by Wiley

    We provide you access to all of the Everything DiSC® profiles produced by Wiley. Each of the five Everything DiSC® profiles uses a research-validated learning model to create an in-depth and highly personalized learner experience. The self-assessment for each profile uses adaptive testing—an interactive assessment process that tailors questions based on an individual’s responses—to give participants the most precise DiSC® style assignment possible. Each profile is topic-specific, and includes tips, strategies, and action plans to help your learners become more effective.

    All Everything DiSC profiles include access to a variety of unlimited free follow-up reports. We invite you to review the attached brochure that provides an overview of each of the Everything DiSC Profiles and follow-up reports.     Everything DiSC Workplace® is designed to be used with everyone in your organization, regardless of title or role, to improve the quality of the workplace.

    The Everything DiSC® Management Profile is designed to enable your managers and supervisors to bring out the best in each of their direct report employees.

    The facilitation materials developed by the Wiley team enable you to design and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences for your participants. You will be able to guide your managers through a learning process to identify their DiSC Management Style and enable them to develop strategies and action plans for positively impacting their respective direct reports by:

    The Everything DiSC® Comparison Reports are powerful application tools you can use to enable any two participants to engage in meaningful and constructive dialogue.they otherwise may never have. The report they receive will illustrate their similarities and differences, and help them develop strategies for improving their working relationship.

    The content in the reports is based on each individual’s own self-assessment from one of their DiSC® profiles. You can provide participants the ability to invite co-workers to generate Comparison Reports at no additional charge.

  • EPIC (Electronic Profile Information Center)

    EPIC is the password protected website provided by Wiley that gives you control of how and when you administer the various self-assessments to your employee learners. It is the technology that allows you to access the wide range of DiSC®-based learning resources.

    Using your password protected EPIC account you are able to administer access codes for online assessments and monitor report completion. Once an assessment is completed, EPIC quickly scores and generates a personalized profile report that you can print or email...from anywhere in the world.

    In addition to their primary EPIC account, many of our clients choose to establish one or more EPIC sub-accounts which allows them to strategically distribute the responsibility for issuing access codes, producing reports and managing budgets across the organization. We can assist you in determining the most effective EPIC strategy for your organization.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

Workplace Certification

Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification

In Person

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace®, this course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization by completing online pre-work and two days of practical application led by Wiley’s expert trainers. All courses are held at our Education Center in Minneapolis, MN.

In this course, learners will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
  • Explore MyEverythingDiSC®, a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to the Everything DiSC product suite

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator.
