Illumination Coaching is here to support you with coaching, training, and development resources for your leaders. We can support your existing leadership efforts and collaborate with you to provide creative solutions that result in increased employee engagement. We are passionate about people bringing their individual talents together to maximize results as a team. What sets us apart is the focus on being strategic and action-oriented, while also being approachable and down-to-earth.

​Kirsten Meneghello is an ICF-certified coach, facilitator, and Authorized Partner for Wiley's Everything DiSC© and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™. She has proven leadership skills from over 20 years of nonprofit and corporate experience. Kirsten is an attorney and a member of the Oregon State Bar. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, singing karaoke, dancing, wine tasting, and supporting the Portland Timbers and Oregon Ballet Theatre. She is a volunteer lobbyist with Citizens' Climate Lobby and regular volunteer at Faith Cafe, an ecumenical provider of free meals.

    Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict helps learners improve self-awareness around conflict behaviors. Rather than focus on a step-by-step process for conflict resolution, Everything DiSC Productive Conflict provides learners with techniques to curb destructive behaviors and effectively respond to conflict situations. Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

Everything DiSC® Certification

In Person

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace®, this course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization by completing online pre-work and two days of practical application led by Wiley's expert trainers.

In this course, learners will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
  • Explore MyEverythingDiSC®, a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to the Everything DiSC product suite

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace facilitator.
