Kelly Thomas has extensive experience as a coach, manager, and trainer in corporations. For over 20 years she has worked in a variety of corporate positions including internal management consultant, human resources manager, data center operations manager, customer service manager, sales proposal and marketing manager. She has coached, led and trained large, diverse teams located all over the United States. She has also served as a labor relations manager and trained many employee involvement and quality improvement groups. She graduated with honors in Communications from Hiram College, in Hiram, Ohio. She also completed a post graduate Program for Developing Managers at Simmons College, in Boston. She has extensive training from Coach U in business and life coaching and holds the designation of Registered Corporate Coach. She is well regarded as a speaker, motivator, and teacher. As a certified trainer for Everything DiSC behavioral training, as well as many other nationally known training programs, Nancy has been providing behavioral training, coaching and leadership development for over twenty years.
