About Us

Mike Greene

Mike is the owner of IntegrityWorks Coaching - an integrity-driven coaching and training company centered on bringing out the best in others through education, encouragement, and inspiration. Specific services are targeted toward professional speaking, soft-skills training, one on one coaching, and outsourced sales management.

For over 25 years, Mike has been an exceptional sales and business leader with proven experience in leader and performance coaching, business coaching and development, keynote speaking, sales coaching and management, and soft skills training and workshop facilitation, while building strong and lasting relationships with clients, associates and partners.

He is a Certified John Maxwell Coach, an Everything DiSC Authorized Partner, a Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Authorized Partner and holds sales and coaching certifications through The John Maxwell Team, Selling From The Inside Out, Sandler Management and Sales Solutions, Action Coach Business Coaching, and Elite Business Coaching. Mike has written and published two books thus far, 60 Second Time Out and 60 Second Leadership. Sales have exceeded 50,000 copies and he's been published in 4 countries.

Mike and his wife Amy have been married for over 27 years - committed to an exciting relationship centered in their faith and what Amy calls CPR (compromise, pursuit, and respect). Mike and Amy have three children and plan nearly everything around their family.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)
