Finding it hard to build a cohesive, globally-minded team? There is no one-size-fits-all template approach to success. But we at Intelektularo know what questions to ask, what steps to take, and the importance of getting the fundamentals right from the onset.

Intelektularo's mission is to help great thinkers and expert practitioners become impactful communicators and great leaders of diverse teams by working at the intersection of the individual and the organization. We believe that Everything DiSC® and its suite of products offer a simple but powerful tool for building awareness within teams, opening dialogue, and engendering lasting, positive change.

We begin by identifying your strengths, challenges, and individual and organizational goals, and
identifying which Everything DiSC product best suits your needs. New to Everything DiSC? We’re happy to provide an overview to help you make an informed decision without the hard sell. Know exactly which assessment you want? We’ll work closely with you to design and deliver a customized program that incorporates communication skills development elements. This two-pronged approach ensures a meaningful experience for participants and a continuing organizational impact.

Our full-service program includes program design, administration and interpretation of individual and/or team assessments by a certified trainer, fully-facilitated training sessions, and optional one-on-one coaching.

For organizations with in-house training and development specialists, we can offer customizable assessments, facilitation materials, and train-the-trainer programs directly to you.

    Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict helps participants improve self-awareness around conflict behaviors. Rather than focus on a step-by-step process for conflict resolution, Everything DiSC Productive Conflict provides participants with techniques to curb destructive behaviors and effectively respond to conflict situations. The program features an exploration of DiSC® in a conflict context, provides an opportunity for participants to explore their destructive conflict responses, and offers them a method for making more productive choices in their response to conflict. Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)
