JER HR Group is a Management consulting firm focused on HR Consulting including Leadership Development and Organizational Development. We have the resources of a team of 30 plus professionals with hands-on, bottom line oriented leadership development experience.

Our training and development programs provide employee growth in a professional learning environment, with quality materials and experienced instructors. We are dedicated to providing an exceptional learning experience that will engage employees and directly impact business goals.

Through our faculty network, we are able to provide a full range of training for any organization, from executive development and coaching to frontline effectiveness development and productivity. Topics include leadership / supervisory training and development, creativity and innovation, performance enhancement, team building, diversity and cultural awareness, sales skills, time and project management, workplace safety and legal compliance, conflict management, communication, and change / risk management. While we have a variety of programs developed and ready for delivery, we prefer to partner with clients to customize the delivery and content as needed to ensure maximum impact.

  • Leadership Academies using Everything DiSC Work of Leaders

    JER HR Group offers facilitation, delivery and content for your organization's Leadership classes or Academy. Over several sessions, our trained facilitators take your leaders through a series of classes, including:

  • Executive Coaching Services using the Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders

    JER HR Group's Executive Coaching Service is designed to attain desired work behavior that leads to improved leadership, employee accountability, teamwork, communication, goal setting and strategic planning. The one-on-one coaching may be provided to individuals such as executives, directors, and supervisors.

    Our Consultants meet individually with each participant to review their report, discuss the recommendations, answer any questions the participant may have and assist participants with preparation of a developmental plan. The Consultants will then will meet with participants for approximately one hour at 30 day intervals for several months to review progress on the Individual Developmental Plan and to discuss development progress. These “coaching” sessions will be confidential and private and will be focused on developing participants to reach their greatest potential.

  • Supervisor / Management Training using Everything DiSC Management

    JER HR Group offers sessions to sharpen leadership among a core group of managers and supervisors in order to fill identified skill gaps in key areas and build a strong base for future growth. This management development program is to include leadership development as well as the identification of critical needs and required competencies for the target positions.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

This intensive in-person course provides group learning and collaborative activities to guide you in exploring all the Everything DiSC Profiles including Workplace, Management, Sales, Work of Leaders, and the Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders.
