Everything DiSC Productive Conflict
Leaders may receive anonymous ratings from their leader, their peers, their direct reports and another customized group. Being individually coached on understanding the different perceptions by group, helps them to recognize any leadership gaps. They are even given customized suggestions for improvement. They may narrow in on the meanings by studying the various rater comments. (Raters choose from specific comment options, so that no one comment becomes recognizable.)
We typically hear that the leaders find this is an excellent developmental tool. Even those that may have experienced other 360 degree instruments, comment that these are more "on point," actionable and eliminate some of the natural bias.
