Mr. Tim Coffey is a “Vetrepreneur” and seasoned instructor and trainer. He, together with his wife Amy, own and operate Leadership Solutions Associates, LLC (LSA). LSA is a successful company that provides training corporate and Federal government personnel.

Our company is a Department of Veterans Affairs certified Service-Disabled, Veteran Owned Business and is properly registered as a contractor in the Federal System for Awards Management (SAM).

In his last years of military active duty US Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer Tim Coffey was the Instructor of the Year for Navy Recruiting Command Officer Recruiting in 2005 and 2006 and the Navy Recruiting Leadership Academy Senior Instructor from 2004-2007. He is a certified Master Training Specialist (MTS) and was the Navy’s first ever National Director of Sales Training appointed by executive leadership to focus the Navy’s 3,000 + recruiters on medical, special warfare and nuclear propulsion enlisted and officer recruitment. Upon retirement he was retained by the Navy’s Education and Training Command as their master trainer for civilian personnel performance management throughout the entire domain of over 6,000 personnel.

Tim, in addition to his undergraduate and graduate degrees, also holds certifications as a Diversity Practitioner from Northeastern Illinois University and the certification as an Advanced Negotiator from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business. Tim is a certified facilitator of the Leader-to-Leader Institute’s “5 Most Important Questions” workshop for organizations that are defining mission, vision and guiding principles to meet customer needs and expectations.
