Leading With Courage® Academy's facilitators and coaches

The Leading With Courage® Academy helps new and emerging leaders make a bigger impact, sooner. We do this by raising the self-awareness of their strengths and blind spots through our assessments and workshops. We then help them address areas of concern with our one-on-one coaching and post-workshop learning sessions.

Clients typically contact us when facing one or more of these challenges:
• Their emerging leaders haven’t had the training on the leadership behaviors necessary to take on more demanding roles;
• They have some high potential or new leaders who are struggling because they lack the leadership behaviors required to make an impact;
• Leadership succession is on the horizon and they need to shore up a depth chart for sustainability of the organization; and/or
• They want to realize the benefits of improved workplace productivity, teamwork and communication.

Our core programs are:
• The Leading With Courage® Workshop, Self-Assessment, and 360 Assessment, which are based on the Amazon best-seller "Being A Leader With Courage" by Lee Eisenstaedt, co-founder of the Academy. They have been designed and are facilitated by former C-Suite executives and certified executive coaches who bring corporate real-world experience and understanding to programs and clients.

Our Founders
Trent Clark is a member of Entrepreneur Organization, and serves as a global EO Mentorship Facilitator. Trent was a strength and conditioning coach for 12 years in Major League Baseball - including 3 trips to the World Series. He worked with the Detroit Tigers, two-time American League Champion Cleveland Indians and World Champion Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.

Lee Eisenstaedt is the author of Being A Leader With Courage, as well as Wallet Share. He has nearly 4 decades of experience as a finance and operations executive, primarily with SC Johnson, in the US and Europe. He was a COO with 2 Top 50 CPA firms and received his MBA from Northwestern University. He has attended executive programs at Center for Creative Leadership, Harvard, Wharton, Northwestern and INSEAD.

They are working on a new book, "Leading with Courage® in Sports" which will be published early in 2018.

    This leadership development program is based on Lee Eisenstaedt's Amazon best-selling book "Being A Leader With Courage." The motivation for writing it was understanding why 40%-50% of C-level executives fail in the first 18 months in the job.

    This Workshop is designed for high-potential / high-performing individuals who want to be:

    The Leading With Courage® 360 Assessment is based on the 26 attributes of effective leaders with courage identified in Lee Eisenstaedt's Amazon best seller, "Being A Leader With Courage."

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:
