Solutions

  • Workshop Facilitation and Training

The most successful organizations recognize that to be able to attract and retain top talent, you need to invest in them. The return on this investment is a skilled, engaged, and loyal workforce who are more productive and competitive in the industry. LeadUp works across industries and disciplines to help organizations achieve these goals by creating and delivering programs specifically suited to accomplish your desired result.

The most common workshops facilitated by LeadUp are within the DiSC suite and include DiSC Workplace, DiSC Management, Work of Leaders, and Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team. DiSC is a well-researched, foundational tool which is simple for individuals and teams to understand and use. The DiSC suite addresses many common outcomes individuals and teams are searching for, such as effective communication, conflict resolution, coaching for improvement, accountability, healthy conflict, performance management, productivity and general team building.

  • Professional Coaching

People reach out to coaches for all kinds of reasons. LeadUp focuses on leadership, management, and professional development coaching. Our style of coaching works well with those who want to invest in themselves, are focused on learning, want to engage in a process, and have the energy to work for their desired outcome. This holds true whether coaching individuals or teams.

Often it is helpful to provide clients with information to help them understand themselves better. This may come in the form of online assessments like DiSC, Energy Leadership Index, True Colors or a version of 360 feedback. The information can be incredibly useful for clients who have a desire to build self-awareness and understand themselves through feedback from others.

  • Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning is a key process used by effective Leadership teams to assess influencers, set direction, clarify priorities, and ensure all stakeholders are focusing their energy on the same goals and objectives.

LeadUp uses a one page strategic plan. This approach works well for groups who have limited time and resources and are looking for an outcome that is focused and easy to understand. The One Page Strategic Plan also serves as a tracking document, employee accountability worksheet, and a starting point for future planning sessions.

  • Strategic Human Resources Advising

Among many areas of Human Resources, some areas LeadUp provides services in are Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Change Management.
