This is a leadership course developed for Mid-Level Leaders. It is designed to prepare the mid-Manager to develop a sound foundation of how personality type impacts themselves as a leader and each of their team members. Often, in this training we also draw upon Gallup Strengths to help Mid-Level Managers understand that knowing strengths of individual team members , coupled with their personality type, provides a foundation for coaching individual reports, providing effective feedback, and conflict resolution. Group exercises enable the learner to practice these concepts so managing and working with employees becomes easier. Time is provided for Mid-Level Managers to develop individual development plans for their team based upon concepts learned.
