With over 30 years of experience in coaching & consulting in domestic & international businesses, Lois combines her best strategies and expertise in DiSC and other management and leadership approaches to create lasting success, innovation, achieve results, and change lives.

Lois works with Organizations, Executives and Managers providing assessments, training and coaching in order to help organizations achieve extraordinary results through understanding team development, conflict management, & a better understanding of employee personality styles so people can work together more effectively and be more engaged.
She has experience in the US, Europe (Italy, Germany, France, United Kingdom), Asia (Japan and People's Republic of China), and Brazil. She has extensive experience both in the manufacturing sector as well as in the Health Care arena. She is KNOWN For helping her clients Effectively Use their Personality Style and Strengths to achieve desired results.
As a company, LJL’s goal is to:

● Providing Executive, Manager, and Team Coaching & Training regarding the effectiveness of the leader and the team. Consulting centers about those behaviors which positively or negatively impact the effectiveness of the leader, manager, and/or team. Training/coaching may include how to conduct difficult conversations, strategies for communication effectiveness, managing and resolving workplace conflict, facilitation of change management, and methodologies for giving and receiving feedback;
● Providing Leadership Training which addresses issues of leadership theory and research, personal beliefs, and styles regarding leadership, development of a personal philosophy for leadership development, and identifying strengths and weaknesses of personal leadership skills with focus upon formulating personal leadership development plan;
● Providing Team Leadership Development with special focus upon characteristics and development stages of effective teams, principles and methods for building effective team engagement, techniques for creating clarity, alignment and accountability with the team, effective tools and resources to use to create effective teamwork while under pressure, leader’s role in different types of teams, effective communication within teams and techniques for handing difficult conversations constructively;
● Teaching coaching to supervisors and employees at all levels;
● Providing group facilitation processes in emergent areas

  • Use Your Personality Type to Strengthen Leadership Build High Performing Teams--Mid-Level Manager

    This is a leadership course developed for Mid-Level Leaders. It is designed to prepare the mid-Manager to develop a sound foundation of how personality type impacts themselves as a leader and each of their team members. Often, in this training we also draw upon Gallup Strengths to help Mid-Level Managers understand that knowing strengths of individual team members , coupled with their personality type, provides a foundation for coaching individual reports, providing effective feedback, and conflict resolution. Group exercises enable the learner to practice these concepts so managing and working with employees becomes easier. Time is provided for Mid-Level Managers to develop individual development plans for their team based upon concepts learned.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)
