Everything DiSC Specialist, Lisa Scott, MBA, CEC, PCC

Lisa has 22 years of experience in organizational leadership roles and business consulting across a range of industries. Her senior leadership experience includes Executive Director and Director of Operations roles in the private home health care industry with organizations of 300+ people.

Her business background is in change leadership, industry advocacy and leadership, business growth, organizational effectiveness, strategy, operational efficiency, and leadership team development. Lisa founded a Management Consulting practice in 2006 and has a track record of success in management consulting, training, coaching and facilitating in the oil and gas exploration and service, utilities, agriculture, manufacturing, post-secondary, health, government and various other industries.

Lisa is a highly skilled Certified Executive Coach and holds the ICF credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Her clients include senior executives, leadership teams, technical leaders, high potential managers, new leaders, and managers in transition. As the President & COO of LeaderSharp Group, Lisa believes that leadership is a conscious practice and it is the most underutilized competitive advantage in organizations.

Lisa is Faculty with the Full Circle Group/Leadership Circle organizations, Master Certified to facilitate Certifications and train coaches and clients how to use the Leadership Circle™ assessments. Lisa is a Certified Practitioner for The Leadership Circle Profile™, The Leadership Culture Survey™ (team or group collective leadership) and The Leadership System™ (Leadership Team Development Program).

Lisa is also certified in Everything DiSC™ and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ and LeaderSharp is an Authorized Partner. Other certifications include Crucial Conversations™, Conversational Intelligence™ and Insights™.

Lisa is a speaker on Leadership Development at various conferences and is co-author of GREAT FEEDBACK™ and the GREAT FEEDBACK™ Development Guide.

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
