In a field often dominated by theory, I developed my leadership, coaching and facilitation style based on a gap I observed that was preventing people from achieving their desired results: using clear language, practical application and personal accountability.

Having previously held management and leadership roles at Nordstrom.com, Starbucks (corporate) and Getty Images, I am currently a trusted consultant who regularly coaches hi-potential employees and leaders seeking to overcome obstacles in their careers or achieve personal development goals. My 25 years of experience have resulted in expertise in organizational design, coaching, performance and talent management, employee development, change management and project management. I have a track record of leveraging technology to accelerate the learning process and have been a leader in bringing social media solutions to unite individuals and teams. A self-described personal-learning junkie, I help individuals and teams take the best ideas from today’s influencers and put them into action.

As a sought-after workshop leader, I create dynamic learning opportunities that clients refer to as “relevant, fun and practical.” I am an expert facilitator of programs such as Executive Presence, Situational Leadership®, Increasing Human Effectiveness, DiSC, AchieveGlobal, Presentation Excellence and more, and have successfully led training sessions and keynote speeches for groups of 2 to 100 at all levels of an organization throughout the United States, and globally in London, Shanghai and Hong Kong, among other places.

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:
