Steve founded Performance Insight with the mission to inspire insight to ignite individual, team, and organization performance. To ensure mission success, over the last 20 years, Steve has developed and fine-tuned his OTI™ approach that systematically integrates organization-, team-, and individual-level business solutions.

Steve’s vision is to be a “trusted, long-term, strategic business partner” by his clients. Steve has industry experience in a wide range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, information technology, intelligence, government contracting, aerospace, and defense. Steve works with commercial and government organizations, both for-profit and not-for-profit. His clients range in size from Fortune 100 companies to start-up operations and are located both domestically and abroad. These clients have attested to Steve’s ability to assess, provide insight, align, problem solve, facilitate, and coach. Steve’s experience partnering with organizations across many industries allows for comprehensive benchmarking and leveraging of “best practice” business intelligence.

We don’t underestimate the impact a single individual can have on the success of an organization, especially at higher levels of the organization. We use carefully developed and selected tools to ensure you are selecting, retaining, and developing the right people. We leverage the Everything DiSC® assessment, which is a model that describes four basic styles – Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Understanding your own and others’ preferences and styles is the first step to improving communication and relationships.

  • Team Coaching and Teambuilding

    Teams have the potential to produce more than the sum of the contributions of individual members. Achieving this synergy can be difficult when limited resources, communication breakdowns, and a frenetic pace of work contribute to stove-piping and inter-departmental conflicts. In order to achieve true team alignment, collaboration, coordination, and communication, team members need to possess and leverage key skills and tools to unlock their potential.

    In order to help our clients achieve cohesive and effective teams, we have partnered with Wiley to offer The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ learning experience. This program includes the use of validated assessments, including a team assessment around the model components of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. We also incorporate the power of the Everything DiSC® model, which helps individuals understand themselves and their team members better.

  • Individual Assessment and Coaching

    There is ample and increasing evidence that the time and money invested in executive coaching pays big dividends for both individuals and organizations. Coaching is an invaluable development tool, whether you have a leader/manager with a few rough edges to smooth out or blind spots to gain insight into in order to improve his or her impact, or whether you have a select group of “high potentials” you want to advance, retain, and engage.

    The first step in the process should include valid, reliable assessment. We have thoughtfully chosen an assortment of tools to help inform decisions and direct development, including the Everything DiSC Workplace®.

    Our ICF-certified coaches forge a collaborative partnership aimed at enabling a person to articulate, shape, and achieve desired goals.Coaches leverage their extensive knowledge and expertise to help clients gain insight, strengthen specific skills, and expand their capacity to achieve results.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

Workplace Certification

Everything DiSC® Certification

In Person

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace®, this course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization by completing online pre-work and two days of practical application led by Wiley's expert trainers.

In this course, learners will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
  • Explore MyEverythingDiSC®, a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to the Everything DiSC product suite

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace facilitator.
