Since 2004 we have partnered with organizations, their leaders and teams across Canada, the US, and 16 other countries globally to boost their results. An award winning program design and coaching firm, Potentials Realized, is a Toronto-based performance improvement company, offering in-person and virtual coaching, training and consulting solutions. We have worked across a variety of industries from financial services, to health care, sales, education to safety. Our clients range from private and public sector to non-profit organizations. Our work has been recognized with a Prism Award for Excellence in Coaching from the International Coach Federation, in support of building a coaching culture with one of our health care clients.

Potentials Realized founder, and Everything DiSC partner, Jennifer Britton brings more than 25 years of team development experience, specializing in virtual and global team issues. A former manager with the United Nations, Jennifer is also the author of Effective Virtual Conversations (2017), Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2009) and From One To Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (Jossey-Bass, 2013) . We specialize in team, coaching and virtual programming.

  • Everything DiSC Workplace

    Everything DiSC Workplace is the starting place for most teams or individuals who are looking at incorporating the DiSC into raining or coaching, It provides teams and individuals with the opportunity to learn more about their own unique styles and preferences.


    Everything DiSC ®Workplace is classroom training (in person or virtual) that uses online pre-work, engaging facilitation with contemporary video, and online follow-up to create a personalized learning experience.
    ​Participants understand and appreciate the styles of the people they work with. The result is more effective and productive working relationships.

    Everything DiSC Workplace focuses on:
    - Discovering Your DiSC Style
    - Understanding Other Styles
    - Building More Effective Relationships
    It also includes an Optional People-Reading Module which is useful for understanding quickly those you interact with (customers/clients/stakeholders).

  • Everything DiSC Work of Leaders

    Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® approaches leadership as a one-to-many relationship, as opposed to the one-to-one relationship explored in Everything DiSC Management. It focuses on tangible steps directed at leading a group or organization toward desired outcomes.

    Using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution, Work of Leaders® encourages leaders to understand their own leadership behaviors and how they impact their effectiveness. Rich, compelling narrative adds depth to the data and strong visuals support the learning process by illustrating key messages.

  • Everything DiSC Sales

    Sales teams benefit from understanding their own styles, and the styles of their customers. We have worked with several sales teams to help them expand their awareness using the Everything DiSC.
    Similar to other Everything DiSC programming, the modular approach allows us to customize the training. Training is multi-media rich and immediately applicable.
    Sessions range from 4.5 hours (in-person or virtual) to one or two day sessions, supplemented with customized support for your sales teams.

  • Team Development Support: Team Building, Team Coaching, Retreats, Workshops

    Teams are the engines of organizations today! We offer a range of customized team supports - from one day retreats (virtual and in person) to six month team coaching engagements. We use a variety of tools to support teams with their best work - From the Five Behaviors, to the Team Diagnostic Survey, or StrengthsFinder we will customize a solution with you.

    Programming for teams can be delivered in-person or virtually.

    Potentials Realized founder has spent the better part of the last 3 decades either leading global teams or supporting them. We have a strong track-record of working with teams from health care, to social services, design to financial services.   • Coaching Skills Training - Coaching Skills For Leaders, Group and Team Coaching Skills Training

    Potentials Realized founder, Jennifer Britton, has literally written the books on Group and Team Coaching. We offer a range of coaching skills training - from Coaching Skills for Leaders to ICF approved Continuing Coach Education (Group Coaching Essentials, Group and Team Coaching Intensive) or Mentor Skills Training.
    Jennifer is the author of Effective Group Coaching (Wiley, 2009) and From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (Jossey-Bass, 2013). These books are being used by coach training schools and university programs as a required and recommended text around the world.

  • Leadership Development - Training, Coaching and Mentoring

    From designing and delivering one-off webinars for leaders on a range of topics (team development, communication, virtual team leadership) to partnering with you to design and deliver a series of leadership modules, we bring experience in both classroom-based and virtual learning. We offer both customized solutions as well as in-house programming through our Teams365 series.
    We specialize in team leadership issues, as well as virtual and remote teams, and global teams. Many leadership programs are supported by coaching (executive, team or group).
    Potentials Realized founder, Jennifer Britton, brings more than 13 year experience in leading teams virtually with the United Nations and other global organizations.     Potentials Realized has offered Virtual Train-the-Trainer support for leaders and facilitators who need to translate their classroom base work, to the virtual realm. We have offered facilitation skills training for more than 15 years, and virtual facilitation skills training through the Virtual Facilitation Skills Intensive since 2013, and the Group Coaching Essentials program since 2006.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
