Strategists, Inc.’s President - Debbie Mason - is passionate about guiding organizations to achieve greater effectiveness. Known as a keen strategist and ideator, Debbie works with clients across many industries and diverse sectors -- including communities, governments, nonprofits, and businesses from small to international corporations - to identify and eliminate barriers to productive teamwork.

Debbie Mason’s experience includes corporate executive, small business owner, and nonprofit CEO as well as nearly two decades of consulting. During her career she has worked with hundreds of teams – some establishing organizations from the “ground up,” and some trying to break old habits and create new cultures.

Listening to each client’s very specific needs and customizing a program to yield specific outcomes, are strengths that Debbie’s approach brings to clients, that set her apart. Debbie’s coaching provides on target sessions where teams identify barriers and generate effective solutions for new behaviors, habits and expectations of self and others.

Debbie holds numerous professional credentials in organizational development, public relations/marketing: Licensed Psycho-Geometric™ trainer, an Authorized Partner and Certified Trainer of the Everything DiSC® assessment tools, Accredited Facilitator of Patrick Lenconi’s Five Behaviors of A Cohesive Team™ and a BoardSource® trained facilitator. She holds credentials as a Certified Public Relations Counselor from the Florida Public Relations Association; Accredited public relations professional from the Universal Accreditation Board; and has been recognized as a Fellow by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).

A frequent author for professional and trade journals, Debbie continues her own learning and research in the areas of organizational development and leadership. She is a contributing writer to Business in the Heart of Florida, a peer review editor for the Nonprofit Quarterly and active in several professional trade associations.

    Our customized workshops can be a combination of in person and e-learning solutions for teams from all sectors. Using the learning provided through the Everything DiSC(R) assessments, Debbie Mason of Strategists, Inc. works with each client to tailor the exercises, activities, and experiences to the culture and goals of the client.

    Some teams enjoy experiential, hands on learning with great fun and excitement. Other teams prefer a more traditional classroom environment. Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period

Workplace Certification

Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification

In Person

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace®, this course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization by completing online pre-work and two days of practical application led by Wiley’s expert trainers. All courses are held at our Education Center in Minneapolis, MN.

In this course, learners will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
  • Explore MyEverythingDiSC®, a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to the Everything DiSC product suite

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator.
