After leaving active duty, completed MBA in Leadership at the University of Washington and have over 25 years of leadership experience in the banking, insurance, retail, manufacturing, and defense sectors. I am passionate about working to build healthy, thriving, and productive organizations. I also love the outdoors and live in Spokane, Washington State with my wife and three children.
