Diane Seader
Elevating individuals’ energy and engagement -Creating true leadership “ahhhaaa shifts!”

It is my passionate to share high energy, humor, and a keen ability to empower a full range of developing and seasoned leaders to become masterful communicators and help them leverage their natural talents while overcoming persistent barriers.

My greatest reward comes from helping an individual or group embrace what it means to be a “leader” in their own lives or for their customers, employees/employers and teams. The “key” to effective leadership is mastering “influencing” and “inspiring” skills that inevitably result in more rewarding contributions and greater satisfaction for all.

As a unique Wiley Partner, I am a highly energetic facilitator, certified coach and COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist. My mission is to re-focus leaders’ energy to work more optimistically and authentically as they get more done … with less stress on themselves and others!

Extensive experiences working for over 22 years within the hospital and doctor's offices setting in sales, training and coaching roles, gives me an expansive understanding of the demands, stress generators and motivators of the service-centered, time-crunched professional.

You can expect me to intently listen and co-create with you a meaningful needs assessment that will satisfy all stakeholders. You can count on me to support your delivery and/or artfully personally deliver the Wiley products in creative and customized training workshops, keynotes or one-on-one coaching to facilitate improved “energy management” skills essential for leaders throughout any successful organization.

My participants are given tools to be inspired and collaborate with others through focus on not just “getting things done,” but “getting things done with less stress on one’s self and others!” This directly leads to more substantive contributions to the organization’s overall profitability by increasing the engagement for all stakeholders.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

Workplace Certification

Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification

In Person

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace®, this course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization by completing online pre-work and two days of practical application led by Wiley’s expert trainers. All courses are held at our Education Center in Minneapolis, MN.

In this course, learners will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
  • Explore MyEverythingDiSC®, a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to the Everything DiSC product suite

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator.
