The Conversations That Matter works with leaders and teams who want to strengthen how they align and engage — in a whole new way, at a time when we are starving for true connection. The Conversations That Matter provides an integrated approach that sustains leadership and team change – well beyond traditional training. We know that training alone does not cause the shifts we desire.

The Conversations That Matter is impacting the workplace in a time that desires and requires the space to pause, reflect, and refine in order to gain clarity in the vision, alignment, and execution of their strategy. Her expertise includes program development, recruiting, training, facilitation, leadership coaching and change management. With a reputation for building collaborative environments, breaking down communication barriers and helping people challenge their assumptions, we are passionate about engaging people in the conversations that matter.

Tammy has always been fascinated with meaning, depth and seeking the truth. Curious by nature, she seeks to understand what’s really at the core, what’s at stake, and the impact it will have on our lives. Tammy has created a niche for customized programming for every individual client.

She is masterful at reading her audience and guiding her clients on a journey of self-discovery; digging into the core of their challenges and holding the possibility of a renewed commitment. The growth that happens in the workplace is often carried over to the growth that happens at home. If we can impact the workplace, inspire employees to be more of who they truly are, then we will ultimately be impacting our families, our communities and our world.

Tammy truly believes that everyone wants the same things in the workplace: we want to get results, be connected, know that we matter, and know our value. It’s often how we get there that causes the most frustration and disconnect.

She’s in constant practice of living a life of continuous improvement and contentment. Now more than ever, she is being asked to model courage, commitment, intention and connection in a whole new way.

    The Building Great Teams program is designed to build teams, help them understand how they work and how they can each influence, empower and adapt their communication style to be more effective as peers, managers and leaders. By first focusing on their own Communication Style, we build a cohesive team – one that can trust, collaborate and lean on each other to effectively build the business together.

  • The Conversations That Matter

    The Conversations That Matter (TCTM) program is designed to help teams engage in purposeful, deliberate conversations that otherwise don’t get addressed or are tucked away for another day. Yet, it is these very conversations that have a profound impact on team engagement, trust, communication and acceleration. If not addressed, it’s these very conversations that stand in the way of true success and team excellence.

  • Everything DiSC® Train-the-Trainer (Certification Optional)

    In this program, participants will learn how to recognize & coach team members:

    • How we think & behave and better understand each other’s goals, fears & motivators
    • How to build effective working relationships that are grounded in trust and respect, by
    understanding the unique Style Priorities, Motivators & Fears
    • To be more efficient and effective individually & collectively as a larger team
    • A lifelong skill of People-Reading, using the Everything DiSC framework

    The Everything DiSC Train-the-Trainer program will focus on two main components to equip & strengthen your facilitators & coaches in this solid foundation of understanding Everything DiSC Workplace. The purpose of an Everything DiSC Train-the-Trainer is to train & qualify trainers & facilitators to provide instruction & facilitation of the Everything DiSC suite of products. We will provide you with a full train-the-trainer immersion of Everything DiSC & Facilitation Best Practices.

  • Leadership Matters

    Our Leadership Matters Program is designed to help accelerate the growth and development of your leaders by providing skill-based development with proven leadership competencies. We have an integrated approach that includes four main components: Workshops, Coaching, Participant Fieldwork and Behavioral Measurement. Our Leadership Matters Program is co-created with you, based on sound leadership principles: building self-awareness, aligning the team, building cohesion and having productive conflict. Our Leadership Matters Program will also include recommendations from outside resources that could augment your Leadership Development.

  • Executive Leadership Coaching

    Our Executive Leadership Coaching Program is designed to help accelerate the growth and development of your leadership by providing targeted support based on your leadership competency level and area of need. This Executive Leadership Coaching Program is co-created based on your own individual leadership needs in a variety of areas: leadership self-care, people/relationships, business essentialism & prioritization and leading the organization. Our Leadership Coaching Program will also include recommendations from outside resources that could augment your Leadership Development.

    Coaching is the opportunity to refine your own unique skills and talents by creating your own path forward. We explore, reflect, consider and map out a way through the confusion and inquiry. The result is clarity, actionable next steps and new insights for satisfying and meaningful relationships.

Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

This intensive in-person course provides group learning and collaborative activities to guide you in exploring all the Everything DiSC Profiles including Workplace, Management, Sales, Work of Leaders, and the Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders.

  • Deepen your expertise about the theory and research behind Everything DiSC, including how to use the research to address common questions from your participants.
